Objective:
Create an entertaining and inviting atmosphere at a convenient venue that allows clients and guests to compete in a friendly Chili Challenge from year to year. Can they hold that title?

The Event:
This particular Dallas event continues to grow every year. Thirty firms come together early in the morning to compete in a friendly chili challenge. Teams provide us with their list of ingredients ahead of time. Then all ingredients are measured out to their specifications and placed at each cooking station along with their cooking utensils. From alligator meat to Indian and Greek chili, the teams are sure to surprise and delight all those guests indulging the tastings.
