Nikki earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with Majors in Marketing and Logistics Management.

Inspite of that solid foundation perfect for event production provided by the University, Nikki claims that she learned a whole lot more about business from her experience gained as a manager at Dairy Queen. She also claims she can make an awesome curl on the top of the ice cream cone. Good to have that talent as a mother of two active boys. A far better skill than her signature ice cream curl is that Nikki is a mind reader. This amazing gift is a tremendous asset to the company.
